Set_Parameter sequence

The DP master sends parameters to the DP slave in a Set-Parameters telegram. For this purpose it sends an SRD service to SAP 61. The slave responds with a short confirmation (one character).

After receipt of the valid parameters, the DP-Slave switches its state from "Wait Parameter" (WPRM) to the state "Wait Configuration" (WCFG).

If the parameters are faulty, e.g. wrong ident number, the slave waits in the WPRM state and in the next diagnosis the parameter fault bit is set (Prm_Fault).
