SDA: Send Data with Acknowledge

SDA is an elementary service whereby an initiator can send a message to another bus user and receive a confirmation of receipt (SC = Short Confirmation) directly in return. Since the communication partner cannot respond directly with the data, this service is mainly used between active masters.

SDA: Send Data with Acknowledge

Here confirmation (con) means that receipt of the telegram has been confirmed by the recipient. The content of the telegram has not necessarily been read and interpreted yet.
