After the configuration check, the DP slave switches state from "Wait Configuration" (WCFG) to the "Data Exchange" state (DXCHG).
The slave accepts this telegram with a short confirmation. If the configuration in this telegram does not match the configuration in the DP slave, i.e. is not compatible, a positive short confirmation is still sent. However, in the next diagnostic telegram a configuration fault Cfg_Fault will be signalled. An exception is possible if the Check_Cfg_Mode bit in the Set_Parameter telegram has been set.
